Science of Hypnosis – Deeper Dive FAQ
How Long Should Your Session Be? What is too long or too short?

This short answer should say it all!
Your sessions should, at first, be 15 to 20 minutes long. Longer if you want. But the aim of the Woodbridge to Success Self-Hypnosis program is to teach you to induce self-hypnosis in as little as 30 seconds, meaning you won’t need 15 to 20 minutes any longer.
By the time that you master induction in 30 or 40 seconds, you would have found your own rhythm and would know how long your sessions should last. But more on this later.
The length of the session is not necessarily a predictor of the success of the session. If you want a predictor of success with self-hypnosis, I would say consistency is more important, in terms of how many times a week you practice.
